Return Policy:

At Maven, returns are not accepted once an order is placed. Each order undergoes a high-quality check before shipping.

Alteration Policy:

If you need an alteration after receiving your order, please contact us within 3 working days. We will respond to your request and inform you if it is approved. Alterations typically take 2-3 days from the time we receive the item. If the item received does not match the measurements you ordered, we will cover all shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping and any customs charges related to alterations.

Cancellation Policy:

At Maven, we do not offer cancellations or exchanges.

Shipping Policy:

• Shipping in Qatar takes 14-20 working days after receiving your order.
• Shipping in GCC takes 14-21 working days after receiving your order.
• Shipping world wide takes 14-21 working days after receiving your order.
