Return Policy:

At Maven, returns are not accepted once an order is placed. Each order undergoes a high-quality check before shipping.

Alteration Policy:

1- Requests must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving your order and are subject to approval.
2- Alterations are completed within 5–7 days from the time we receive the item.
3- If the item does not match your ordered measurements, we will cover shipping costs.
4- If the item matches the measurements ordered, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, and a 50 QAR alteration fee applies.
5- No alterations will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

At Maven, we do not offer cancellations or exchanges.

Shipping Policy:

• Shipping in Qatar takes 3-4 weeks after receiving your order.
• Shipping in GCC takes 4-6 weeks after receiving your order.
• Shipping world wide takes 4-6 weeks after receiving your order.

لا يتم قبول الإرجاع بعد تأكيد الطلب. يخضع كل طلب لفحص جودة عالي قبل  الشحن.

  :سياسة التعديلات

 يجب تقديم طلبات التعديل خلال 3 أيام عمل من استلام الطلب، وتخضع للموافقة-
 يتم إنجاز التعديلات خلال 5–7 أيام من تاريخ استلام القطعة-
 في حال عدم مطابقة القطعة للمقاسات المطلوبة، نتحمل جميع تكاليف الشحن-
 في حال مطابقة القطعة للمقاسات المطلوبة، يتحمل العميل جميع تكاليف الشحن، مع تطبيق رسوم تعديل قدرها 50 ريال قطري-
 لا يتم قبول أي طلب تعديل بعد 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام-

:سياسة الشحن

يستغرق الشحن داخل قطر من 3 إلى 4 أسابيع بعد استلام الطلب.

يستغرق الشحن داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي من 4 إلى 6 أسابيع بعد استلام الطلب.

يستغرق الشحن إلى مختلف دول العالم من 4 إلى 6 أسابيع بعد استلام الطلب.
